| Abstract |
| Beginning in 2004, I began to catalogue the holograms from the Benton Collection. The collection includes holograms produced by Dr. Stephen Benton and his colleagues and students from the Polaroid Corporation, and the Spatial Imaging Group, formerly of the MIT Media Lab, from 1968 through 2003. In addition to reviewing the work, this paper addresses questions of identification, dating, labeling, master and transfer replication, and archival storage. |
