The registration fee for each Participant is US$700. (For each accompanying companion or family member, the fee is US$420.) The $700 fee entitles the Participant to：

(1) attend all sessions of the symposium,
(2) housing and food from the evening dinner on July 12 to after breakfast on July 17, and includes two banquets.
(3) local transportation within Shenzhen (not including the cost of travel from the Hong Kong International Airport to Shenzhen).
(4) a copy of the Proceedings of the symposium.

Registrant who pay $420 will share housing with accompanying Participant and enjoy the privilege of items (2) and (3) but not (1) and (4).

How to get the transportation from Hong Kong International Airport to Shenzhen ? And how much it costs?
·There are two routes you can choose from Hong Kong International Airport to Shenzhen Airport:
1. By ferry----
There are six boats each day from Hong Kong International Airport to Fuyong Ferry Port. Timetable of boats are: 10:00, 11:30, 13:30, 15:00, 16:45 and 19:50. The voyage is about one hour. The ticket is about USD 30 for a single trip. We will set a reception at the only exit at Fuyong Ferry Port.
Luggage---- Actually, you needn't go outside through Hong Kong customs. Your luggage is no problem if you don't go outside. You can buy the ferry ticket to Fuyong inside the airport and wait for the transfering with only your small personal luggage,your registered heavy luggage will be transferred by airport staffs to the same ferry your are boarding.
If your arrival time before 19:30，the most convinient way is by ferry.
2. By bus---
If you can not catch the last ferry, then you can take the bus from Hong Kong International Airport to Shenzhen Huanggang port, the bus is available for 24 hours, the single cost will be around USD 25.00-30.00. Please tell us your arrival time ahead of the conference, we will arrange reception at the only exit of Huanggang port.

If your arrival time after the time of the last ferry.
There are regular buses (from 8:00AM to 20:00 PM) between Hong Kong International Airport and Shenzhen Airport for each hour. The trip is about half and two hours. The ticket is about USD 30. And we will set a reception in the McDonald’s at venue B of Shenzhen Airport.
·If your flight is directly arrived in Shenzhen Airport. We will set a reception in the only McDonald’s at venue B of Shenzhen Airport.
